REFUND POLICY

All item are made to order; meaning your item is created start to finish after your order has been placed. Due to the custom nature of most pieces, refunds may be limited.

If there is any damage to your piece during the shipping process, please send me an email with photos attached within 24 hours of receiving your product(s). 

​

Damage that occurs after shipping/delivery is unfortunately not available for a refund.
