Do you do custom work?
Unfortunately I am not accepting any type of custom orders at this time. Please feel free to reach out at a later date to see if this has changed!

I like a sign on your website but want a different color, size, etc. 
If you see something you like but need a slight variation, please feel free to send a message or an email regarding the changes! These changes are very easily made. 

 
Do you offer self pickup?
No, I no longer allow self pickup. All items must be shipped or you can purchase items at a local market. 

 

My sign was damaged during shipping, what do I do?

Please send me an email within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging attached and I will be happy to discuss further steps.

My sign was damaged after delivery, what do I do?

Unfortunately Three Bees Decor cannot be held liable to any damage done after your item(s) have been delivered. Please feel to reach out to discuss potential solutions.

How long will it take for time me to receive my item(s)?

Creation and processing of your item(s) can vary on how many shows we are preparing for, time of year, and amount of orders we have received. Overall turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified on the home page. If you need a piece by a specific date, please feel free to message me directly.
